Bunce Coach Company
For 30 years George Bunce supplied American sourced vehicles for funeral directors in NZ, but changes in type of vehicles available in the US meant that specialised coach built vehicles were becoming the only option. In traditional Kiwi fashion George figured that if it needed to be specially built we could do it just as well in NZ. The team at Bunce Motor company which has for many years, designed and produced right hand drive conversions for Chevrolets turned their attention to the hearse and sought the opinions of may local funeral directors to
establish their brief.
The result is a very elegant cohesive design with the following features:
